New to CrossFit?
Before starting into one of our scheduled classes, we'll take you through 6 one-on-one personal training sessions to teach you CrossFit movements and exercises. Once you're familiar with the excercises, we'll help you find the class that suits your schedule and ability.
Our classes meet Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the week. There are No classes Thursday, our day of rest and recovery during the week. Saturday we host one class for the whole community.
If you're on time, you're late. We start training AT the times below, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start of your class.

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM (Northwest Leadership Class)
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
2:45 PM - 4:00 PM (Scholarship Athletes)
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
5:15 PM - 6:15 PM
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Rest days - No Classes
